Meet Our Experts
Robert Mirsky, MD, MMM, FAAFP is a seasoned physician executive with extensive health plan experience across Medicare, Medicaid and commercial lines of business. Through his current work with early stage, startup and established healthcare companies, he is dedicated to helping seniors age and thrive by addressing the medical, emotional and social determinants of health, with a focus on mitigating isolation and loneliness through face-to-face and virtual engagement.
Dr. Mirsky previously served as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President Medical Operations, Aetna Medicare (a CVS Company). He has held leadership roles as CMO for North Shore-LIJ (Northwell) CareConnect Insurance Company, CMO for the Mid-Atlantic Region of Coventry Health Care, CMO for Gateway Health Plan in Pittsburgh, Senior MD for FloridaBlue, and CMO for Tenet Health System Florida. Prior to these positions, he practiced family medicine for 10 years in New York and Florida.
With extensive strategic, tactical and operational experience, Dr. Mirsky has led initiatives across population health, value-based care, clinical efficiency, pharmacy and disease-specific programs. His expertise spans primary and longitudinal care, retail health, post-acute facilities and home-based settings, with additional focus on case management, end-of-life care and virtual health. He also brings deep experience in network management, provider profiling, medical economics and partnerships with vendor organizations in home-based and post-acute care delivery.
Dr. Mirsky completed his residency and chief residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in New York.
As Chief Experience Officer at AdhereHealth, Dr. Chandra Osborn leverages over 25 years of experience as a behavioral scientist and business leader, specializing in patient engagement, medication adherence, digital personalization and behavior change strategies that drive health and business outcomes. In her role, she integrates behavioral insights into client interactions, and business and product development, to strengthen AdhereHealth solutions, brand credibility and market impact.
Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Dr. Osborn provided fractional, strategic guidance to global wellness and domestic care management companies. She was previously Chief Behavioral Officer at Lirio and VP of Health and Behavioral Informatics at One Drop, and has held multiple leadership positions at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, developing and evaluating medication adherence solutions. Dr. Osborn has over 180 scientific publications and currently serves as a business advisor for the portfolio companies of Redesign Health and New Enterprise Ventures.
Dr. Osborn holds a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and sociology from California State University, San Marcos, as well as a master’s degree and PhD in social/health psychology, plus a graduate certificate in quantitative methods from the University of Connecticut. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in public health from Northwestern University, where she was also a health services research postdoctoral fellow.
